Your privacy is a priority to us, and we take great care to protect your information. Our Privacy Policy describes the ways in which we collect and protect your information, and what choices you have to control it  To change the way you receive your information, you can call our Member Services Centers or log in to your health plan account, go to "Profile," and select your preference in the "Communication Preferences" option.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Privacy Notice

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Privacy Notice explains what kinds of personal information we collect, as defined by the CCPA and CPRA laws. It also describes your rights under these laws and how you can use them. This includes how to delete your data, see what information we have about you, and how to choose whether or not your data can be sold.

This privacy notice is not applicable to our health plans. Our health plan members and applicants should refer to the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices

Contacting You

We, including our affiliates or vendors, might call or text you using an automated telephone dialing system and/or a prerecorded message. But we only do this in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The calls may be to let you know about treatment options or other health-related benefits and services.

If you do not want to be contacted by phone, just let the caller know and we won’t reach out this way in the future. You may also call toll-free at 844-203-3796 to place your phone number on our internal Do Not Call list.

Social Media Statement

Our websites may include links to our official pages on third-party social media platforms (for example, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar services). If you select one of these links, you will leave our website and your activity will be governed by the privacy practices and terms of the applicable third-party platform. We do not control how those platforms collect, use, or share information.

Any content we post on social media is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice and does not replace guidance from a qualified professional. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).

Please do not post or share personal or sensitive information on social media, including information about your health, coverage, claims, account numbers, member IDs, dates of birth, financial information, or other identifying details. If you need assistance with benefits, claims, eligibility, or account-specific questions, please use our secure member channels or contact the customer service number on your ID card. We will not reach out to you about your personal health information through social media.

We may, at our discretion, remove or restrict access to comments or posts on our social media pages that are off-topic, inappropriate, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with our community expectations, including content that is abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, or that contains spam, promotional solicitations, or suspected malware. We may also request that you contact us through a private or secure channel to help address an issue.

To update how you receive your information, call Member Services on the back of your member ID card or log in to your account, go to "Profile," and then "Communication Preferences."
