Elevance Health’s affiliated health plan in Indiana recommended to administer Medicaid managed long-term services and supports program
Elevance Health’s affiliated health plan in Indiana has been recommended to administer the Medicaid managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) program on behalf of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA).
The statewide program, Indiana Pathways for Aging, will coordinate and provide member-driven, accessible, equitable and high-quality services to approximately 106,000 eligible Medicaid members for medical, behavioral, and long-term services and supports. More specifically, the program will provide access to services that help maximize independence for older adults and people with disabilities who need support because of physical, cognitive, developmental, or chronic health conditions and functional limitations.
We look forward to our collaboration with FSSA to implement the MLTSS program and provide our members with a simplified, supportive healthcare experience that promotes independence and equity regardless of their age, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, or geography.
