John E. Gallina

John E. Gallina serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Elevance Health, which through its growing portfolio of plans and subsidiaries, generated revenue of more than $137 billion in 2021. With more than 35 years of leadership experience, he oversees all finance and actuarial functions, including procurement and corporate real estate. Gallina has served Elevance Health in several roles: as senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Commercial and Specialty Business Division; senior vice president, chief accounting officer and chief risk officer; senior vice president, Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement; and chief financial officer of Comprehensive Health Services. Previously, he was an audit senior manager at Coopers & Lybrand.
