Gloria McCarthy

Gloria McCarthy serves as executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Elevance Health. She leads transformation initiatives designed to foster growth, innovation and operational excellence. In addition, she is responsible for key enterprise functions including the global chief information office, information technology, corporate services, information security, as well as the company’s international operations.

McCarthy holds more than 40 years of industry leadership experience focused on advancing operational execution, performance excellence, and outstanding service experiences. She previously served as executive vice president, enterprise execution and efficiency, executive vice president, office of the CEO, and senior vice president of operational excellence.
