Blair Todt

Blair Todt serves as executive vice president and chief legal officer for Elevance Health. Todt oversees all legal, regulatory and compliance matters involving Elevance Health and its subsidiary companies, as well as government relations, public affairs and human resources. He also advises Elevance Health’s board of directors on corporate governance best practices and policies. Todt brings tremendous healthcare expertise together with broad legal, compliance and regulatory experience, having most recently served as senior vice president and chief legal officer at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC). Before joining HCSC, Todt held several senior management positions, including senior vice president, chief legal and administrative officer and secretary at WellCare Health Plans.
